ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before me pursuant to the appeal of Nanny Fanny Inc., d/b/a Starnes Club, of a Final
Determination of the Department of Revenue. On September 13, 2001, my office received a letter from
Petitioner's counsel stating that Petitioner "now desires to withdraw his request for the administrative hearing
in this matter, and acquiesces with the action taken by the agency for revocation of his permit." Therefore,
finding good cause, I hereby order that this matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
