ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division. By my Order
for Prehearing Statements filed on June 8, 2001, all parties were required to file Prehearing Statements within
fifteen (15) days. The Respondent filed its Prehearing Statement on June 20, 2001. The Court did not
receive a Prehearing Statement from the Petitioner. This Court sent a letter on June 26, 2001 to the
Respondent allowing it an extra ten (10) days within which to file a Prehearing Statement. The Respondent
has not filed a Prehearing Statement with the Court. Failure to comply with an interlocutory order may result
in dismissal of the action adversely to the party that does not comply. ALJD Rule 23.
Therefore for good cause shown, it is hereby
ORDERED that this action be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
