ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by letter dated August 14, 2001, Edwin Givens, attorney for Respondent
Wilkerson Fuel Company, notified this tribunal that Respondent and the Department of Revenue, through its
counsel, Carol McMahan, had come to an agreement in the above matter, and that he wishes to withdraw his
request for a contested case hearing.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
