ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by letter dated July 13, 2001, Helen "Sam" Hodges, Attorney for Respondent,
notified this tribunal that her client wishes to withdraw its request for a contested case hearing to challenge
the Department's imposition of a forty-five (45) day suspension of its beer and wine permit.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Tuesday, July 31, 2001, is canceled. IT IS
FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
