The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. By letter dated March 16, 2001, Respondent's
attorney, Kenneth E. Allen, notified the Court that Respondent has elected to surrender their permit and accept the 45 day suspension
in this matter, and they are withdrawing their request for a hearing.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
