ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned appeal arises from Appellant’s challenge to the decision of Respondent
South Carolina Department of Social Services to revoke her license to operate a child day care center.
However, by letter dated December 2, 2003, Stephen K. Haigler, attorney for Appellant, notified this
tribunal that, because Appellant has now sold her day care, she wishes to withdraw this appeal.
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED with
prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
