ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By a letter filed September 18, 2006, Petitioner Brent Cooper notified
this Court that he no longer opposes the permit issued to Respondent
Harold Boney and wishes to withdraw his request for a contested case hearing in
this matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
