ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. By letter dated January 22, 2001,
Respondent's attorney, Kenneth E. Allen, notified the Court that Respondent "has elected to go out of business and
surrender their ABC licenses". The letter further states that "Respondent is withdrawing its request for a hearing..."
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
