ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This case is before the Court based on the issuance of an Administrative Violation and the South Carolina
Department of Revenue's (Department) Final Determination to Respondent Tireswing, Inc., 2, d/b/a Sandy
Monkey, citing a violation of 23 S.C. Code Ann. Regs. 7-17(J) which occurred on or about August 11, 2000.
Respondent appealed the Department's Final Determination and sought review of this violation cited and the
penalty imposed.
It appears the Department and the Respondent have resolved all issues in this case and reached an agreement
upon its disposition without the necessity of a contested case hearing. At this juncture, the Respondent has
complied with all requirements imposed by the Department. As a result, the issues before the Court are moot.
Therefore the Respondent withdraws its request for a hearing and asks the Court to dismiss this case with
prejudice. The Department consents to this request.
According this case is dismissed with prejudice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
