ORDERS:
ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL
The parties in this matter have entered into a Consent Order relieving Joseph S. Lyles as counsel of record
for the Respondent. A copy of Consent Order is attached hereto and made a part of this Order. There being
no further controversy in this matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Joseph S. Lyles is relieved as counsel for Respondent, and the Motions
Hearing scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2001, at The Greenville County Court House,
Court Room 4, 305 E. North Street, Greenville, South Carolina, is hereby canceled, and this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
