ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
This matter concerns an administrative violation committed by the Defendant against the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act on March
9, 2000. The Defendant was charged for selling beer to an underage individual in violation of S.C. Code Ann. Section 61-4-50 and
23 S.C. Code Ann. Regs. 7-9. It appears the parties have agreed upon a settlement by which the Defendant, Charles L. Hodge d/b/a
Hodge Auto & Truck Service, has agreed to a forty-five (45) day suspension of its beer and wine permit.
The Defendant agrees to surrender Beer and Wine Permit No. PBG 32009899 to the Department upon the signing of this Order.
Having reviewed the terms of this agreement, I hereby ORDER its adoption and dismiss this action with prejudice.
