ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on Motion of Carol I. McMahan, Attorney for Petitioner, filed August 15, 2000, for an order dismissing the
above matter with prejudice. Petitioner states in its Motion to Dismiss that Respondent is currently serving the forty-five day
suspension imposed by the South Carolina Department of Revenue and there remains no matter at issue in this case.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 00-ALJ-17-0374-CC is hereby dismissed with
prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
