ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) upon Petitioner's request for a contested case
hearing dated June 1, 2000. Petitioner alleged that Respondent issued a dishonored check to a wholesaler. Petitioner,
therefore, sought to suspend Respondent's license for thirty days.
On June 13, 2000, Petitioner filed a Request for Dismissal asserting Respondent had relinquished its license and ceased
operation. Respondent signed a Consent for Dismissal on June 19, 2000.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
