ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me regarding a Request for Dismissal filed on June 8, 2000, with the Administrative Law Judge
Division ("ALJD") by Michael K. Kendree, Attorney for Petitioner, South Carolina Department of Revenue ("DOR"). Mr.
Kendree requests dismissal of the above-captioned case on the grounds that Respondent has met all requirements as set forth
by DOR in this matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Petitioner's Request for Dismissal is granted and that the above-captioned case
bearing Docket Number 00-ALJ-17-0255-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
