ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by letter dated July 7, 2000, Respondent notified this tribunal that it wishes to withdraw its
request for a contested case hearing. This case concerned the South Carolina Department of Revenue's suspension of
Respondent's beer and wine license. Respondent closed its store, effective June 24, 2000, and will surrender the beer and
wine license to the Department. Consequently, this case is rendered moot.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
