ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") pursuant to the request of the South
Carolina Department of Social Services ("Department") for a hearing on proposed Food Stamp Regulations. A hearing was
scheduled for February 10, 2003. However, because the Department determined that no hearing was needed pursuant to
S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110 (Supp. 2000), the Department has withdrawn its request for a public hearing regarding the
matter. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for February 10, 2003, is cancelled and this matter is dismissed;
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
