ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on Motion of Carol I. McMahan, Attorney for Petitioner, South Carolina Department of Revenue
(Department), filed September 1, 2000, for an order dismissing the above matters with prejudice. Petitioner states in its Motion to
Dismiss that there remains no matter at issue because Jorvette Ltd. no longer holds a beer and wine permit and no longer seeks a
minibottle permit.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned cases bearing Docket Numbers 00-ALJ-17-0014-CC and 00-ALJ-17-0015-CC are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
