ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter was scheduled for a hearing on the merits on February 16, 2000. The Department of Revenue was excused from
the hearing by my Order dated November 30, 1999 because, but for the protest, the Department would have granted the
Petitioner's request for a retail liquor license. On the date of the hearing, the sole Respondent in this matter, Walt A.
Shannon, indicated to the court via telephone conference that he was no longer interested in pursuing his protest. Therefore,
for good cause shown, it is
ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
