ORDERS:

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

This matter is before me at the request of A.G. Dantzler, Director of the Cayce Department of Public Safety and Protestant in this action, by his letter dated August 5, 1999. Mr. Dantzler states in his letter that the Department is no longer interetested in pursuing its protest regarding the issuance of an on-premises beer and wine permit to the Petitioner. The Revealed Word Ministries and Congregation, another Protestant in this action, withdrew its protest by letter dated April 9, 1999. The Department of Revenue, Respondent in this action, stated in its Motion to be Excused, dated June 10, 1999, that it would have issued the permit but for the protests. Finding good cause,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be dismissed.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
