ORDER OF DISMISSAL

This matter is a challenge by the Old Time Gospel Baptist Church to a request for a beer and wine permit sought by Li'l Cricket Food Stores, Inc., d/b/a Li'l Cricket # 342. Robert O. Voyles, Pastor of the Old Time Gospel Baptist Church, has submitted the following:

"The Old Time Gospel Baptist Church and myself, have discussed the case between the Church and the Li'l Cricket Food Store #342. We have decided to drop the matter of the petition, because we are presently now looking for land so we can build a Church, and move out of the building we are presently in. The Old Time Gospel Baptist Church and myself, sincerely hope you will accept this letter as a withdrawal from the case."

Furthermore, the South Carolina Department of Revenue has previously filed a Motion to be Excused in this matter. Thus, the only opposition to the permit has now been withdrawn. Accordingly, due to the protestant's withdrawal from the case, no controversy exists in this matter.

Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
