ORDER OF DISMISSAL

This office received a letter on August 31, 1999, from Marlene T. Sipes, attorney for the Protestants in this matter, stating that her clients are no longer interested in protesting the issuance of an off-premise beer and wine permit to the Petitioner. Respondent S.C. Department of Revenue was excused from attending the hearing in this matter by my Order signed April 13, 1999, pursuant to Respondent's Motion to be Excused in which the Department stated it would have issued the permit but for the protests of Ms. Sipes' clients. Finding good cause,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be dismissed.
