ORDERS:
FINAL ORDER AND DECISION
This matter is before the Court as a result of Ms. Lillie Harvin, dba Secrets II,
AI 116358, 1311 Marley Drive, Columbia, South Carolina filing for renew of her
beer and wine permit and sale and consumption license. The renewal of these licenses
was timely protested and a hearing on the merits is scheduled for June 28th, 1999 at
9:30 AM.
The Petitioner, by and through her undersigned attorney, has agreed to
withdraw her renewal applications for her beer and wine permit and sale and
consumption license at 1311 Marley Drive, Columbia, effective at 9:30 AM on the
fifth day of July 1999.
As a result of this withdrawal there is no longer Contested matter before the
court and therefore it is:
ORDERED that the renewal applications for the beer and wine permit and
sale and consumption license of Ms. Lillie Harvin, dba Secrets II, at 1311 Marley
Drive, Columbia, are declared withdrawn effective at 9:30 AM on the fifth day of
July 1999 and this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
