ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was heard by the Administrative Law Judge Division
August 4, 1998, in Columbia, South Carolina.
This office received a letter dated September 29, 1998, from James H. Harrison,
attorney for the Petitioner, stating that the Petitioner has ceased doing business at 6060 Rivers
Avenue in North Charleston, South Carolina. Therefore, he wishes to withdraw the
applications for the renewal of his retail beer and wine permit and business sale and
consumption license at that address. This action renders the matter of the applications
currently pending before the Division moot. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be Dismissed.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
