ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division")
on the application of Joseph E. Spann, Galleria Spirits, Inc., d/b/a Galleria Spirits, located at 975
Bacons Bridge Road, Suite 130, Summerville, South Carolina for a retail liquor license (AI-120516).
This application was protested by Mike Moore, Pastor of Covenant Life Church of Summerville,
South Carolina ("Protestant"). After notice to the parties a hearing was scheduled for September 23,
1998. The Notice of Hearing was sent certified to the Protestant. Covenant Life Church received
notice on August 19, 1998. The Protestant failed to appear at the hearing and the protest is deemed
abandoned. No other protests were made to this application.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-referenced matter is forwarded to the
Department of Revenue to continue to process the application of Joseph E. Spann, Galleria Spirits,
Inc., d/b/a Galleria Spirits.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
