ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard Monday, June 15, 1998, at the
Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina. This office received a letter
from Bill Blanton, Sheriff of Cherokee County, stating that they wished to withdraw their
protest regarding Wilbur E. Biggerstaff, Sidetrack, Inc., d/b/a Sidetrack. As Sheriff Blanton
is the sole Protestant in this matter, a hearing is no longer necessary. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
