ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter is scheduled to be heard Wednesday, May 13, 1998,
at the Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina. The South Carolina
Department of Revenue made a Motion to be Excused which was granted by my Order
dated March 5, 1998. Also, this office has received letters from all Protestants of this case
requesting that their protests be withdrawn. As the parties no longer require a hearing on
this matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be Dismissed with Prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
