ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter was pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to S.C.
Code Ann. § 61-4-520 (Supp. 1996) for the issuance of an off-premises beer and wine permit to the
above referenced Petitioner, John Gentry. The application was protested by Melanie Thorne. By
letter filed in the Administrative Law Judge Division on October 31, 1997, (herein attached as
Exhibit A), the Protestant, Melanie Thorne, has withdrawn her protest.
By withdrawing the protest, it appears that no further action is required. It is therefore,
ORDERED, that the Department of Revenue continue to process the application and the request for
a contested case hearing is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
