ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on the application of Rewis A. Morris, Rew's Run In, Inc.,
d/b/a Rew's Run In, for an off premise beer and wine permit for Rew's Run In, located at
699 Long Point Road in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The application was protested
by numerous individuals. After notice to the parties, a hearing was scheduled for January
20, 1998. The protestors failed to appear at the hearing and their protests are deemed
abandoned. The Department indicated that it would have issued the license but for the
protests regarding the suitability of the location.
THEREFORE, it is ORDERED that the above-referenced matter is forwarded to
the Department of Revenue to continue to process the application of Rewis A. Morris,
Rew's Run In, Inc., d/b/a Rew's Run In. The contested case hearing is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
