ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Gwendlyne Young Smalls, attorney for the
Petitioner, by her letter dated October 1, 1997. Mr. Smalls states in her letter that her client
no longer wishes to proceed with her appeal in the above-referenced matter and requests that
the case be stricken from the Administrative Law Judge Division docket. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be dismissed.
