ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter was pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to S.C.
Code Ann. § 61-9-320 (Supp. 1995) for the issuance of an off-premises beer and wine permit to the
above referenced Petitioner, Alex Murphy. The application was protested by Major Herman D.
Enzor of the Horry County Police Department. By letter received by the Department of Revenue on
August 1, 1997 and received in the Administrative Law Judge Division on August 11, 1997, (herein
attached as Exhibit A), the Petitioner, Alex Murphy, has withdrawn his request for an administrative
hearing.
By withdrawing the request, it appears that no further action is required. It is therefore,
ORDERED, that the above referenced case is DISMISSED.
