ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant
to a request for a hearing by Petitioner John H. Lewis regarding his application for a retail liquor
license. A hearing is scheduled for August 27, 1997 at 2:00 p.m. On August 11, 1997
Petitioner's attorney filed a letter withdrawing the request for a hearing on the application due to
Mr. Lewis' death. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be and hereby is dismissed, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for August 27, 1997 is hereby
canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
