ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, Petitioner Joseph Agnew applied for a business sale and
consumption (minibottle) license (AI 112577). The application was denied by the South
Carolina Department of Revenue and a hearing was scheduled for July 23, 1997 at the
Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina. However, by letter filed July 8,
1997, which is attached and incorporated by reference, counsel for Petitioner informed this
tribunal that Petitioner withdraws his application and moves this tribunal for a dismissal of the
above-captioned matter. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for July 23, 1997 at 10:00
a.m. is hereby canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
