ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of John C. Land, III, Attorney for Petitioner, in the
above matter. Mr. Land filed a letter with the Court on March 17, 1997, indicating that Petitioner
is withdrawing his application for an on-premises beer and wine permit (AI-108896).
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-17-0041-CC is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
