ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On November 18, 1996, a letter
was received from Mary R. Booth, Petitioner, stating that, "Due to both of my protestants deciding not to protest my
change of address, I would like to ask at this time that the trial be canceled."
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and the hearing which was
scheduled for Friday, November 22, 1996, at 9:00 a.m. has been canceled.
