ORDERS:

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

The Petitioner seeks a contested case hearing in this matter pursuant to the protest of her application for a beer and wine permit. A hearing is scheduled before me on October 10, 1996. The South Carolina Department of Revenue previously sought to be excused from this hearing and was released pursuant to aa Order dated September 3, 1996. The sole Protestant, Rivers Middle School, has now notified this office in a letter dated September 4, 1996, by the school's principal, Benjamin D. Gadsden that they no longer protest this application. Finding good cause,

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case be dismissed.
