ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above matter is scheduled to be heard by me on Tuesday, October 15, 1996.
This office received a letter dated October 2, 1996, from Ellen K. Benton and Jerry L.
Benton, the sole Protestants in this matter, stating that they no longer wish to protest the
Petitioner receiving a beer and wine permit. All parties agree to the dismissal. Therefore,
having found good cause
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above matter be dismissed.
