ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, the protestant, Pastor Harold M. Mitchell of First Baptist
Church has advised the Administrative Law Judge Division, by letter filed August 19, 1996, that
he withdraws his protest. The protestant initially opposed the issuance of an on-premises beer
and wine permit (AI 103457) and a sale and consumption license (AI 103458) to William H.
McLean, G'Daddy's, Inc., d/b/a G'Daddy's. Upon withdrawal of this protest, there is no
opposition to the petitioner's application, therefore, a hearing is no longer necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Thursday, August 22,
1996 is hereby canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is dismissed and that the Department of
Revenue and Taxation continue to process the application of William H. McLean for an on-premises beer and wine permit and a sale and consumption license.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
