ORDERS:
ORDER ON MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
An order was issued in this matter directing the South Carolina Department of Revenue (DOR)
not to process the application filed by the Petitioner. A Motion for Reconsideration was filed by
the Petitioner in a timely manner. On January 31, 1997, however, a letter was received from
James H. Harrison, Attorney for Petitioner, stating, "Please be informed that we hereby withdraw
our Motion for Reconsideration in the above-referenced action."
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is closed and the Order
dated May 22, 1996 stands.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
