ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division"),
pursuant to a request by Manning House ("Respondent") for a contested case hearing in response to a decision issued by the
South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control ("DHEC").
In a letter dated January 6, 2000, and filed on January 12, 2000, counsel for Respondent notified the Division that the parties
have reached a settlement. The letter is attached hereto and incorporated as Exhibit A. As a result of the agreement, the
request for a contested case hearing is a moot issue. By virtue of the parties reaching a settlement agreement, there appears
to be no further controversy for consideration by the Division.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
