ORDER OF DISMISSAL (Settlement)
The above-entitled cases are pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It
appears to the satisfaction of the Division that these cases have been fully and finally settled by
agreement between the parties, pursuant to the attached letter dated September 30, 2003, from
Bernard E. Ferrara, Jr., Attorney for Respondent. There being no further controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned cases be and hereby are settled and
dismissed.
