ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned case, Petitioner requested a hearing appealing the decision of the
South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control ("DHEC") to revoke
Petitioner's food service permit (Food Service Permit No. 1614) for alleged violations of
Regulation 61-25. However, the parties reached a settlement of the issues and entered into a
Consent Order on July 1, 1997, which is attached and incorporated by reference. As a result of
the settlement, there are no issues in dispute.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing of this matter scheduled for Thursday,
August 14, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. is hereby canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
