ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me pursuant to the Petitioner's request for a contested case hearing
concerning DHEC's imposition of civil penalties against the Petitioner for alleged violations of
S.C. Code Regs. 61-84 (Supp. 1995), Standards for Licensing Community Residential Care
Facilities. The parties have reached an agreement regarding the violations, and have executed a
Consent Order which contains the terms and conditions of the settlement. This Consent Order is
attached hereto and incorporated in this Order of Dismissal as Exhibit A. Based upon the
agreement between the parties, it is hereby
ORDERED, that the contested case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
