ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On September 11, 2002, a letter was
received from Dale Hudson, notifying the Court that he has decided to withdraw the appeal of Pinedale Residential Center
of Georgetown. Copy of said letter is attached hereto and made a part of this Order.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
