ORDERS:
ORDER GRANTING PETITIONER'S MOTION TO WITHDRAW
This matter is before the undersigned pursuant to Petitioner's request for a contested case hearing on the revocation of
food service permit #40-206-4277 issued to Petitioner. On July 1, 2002, Petitioner moved to withdraw the request for a
contested case. In the motion, Petitioner stated that Permit #40-206-4277 is no longer an active permit because another
permit has been issued to Mr. Yon Hi Dong for China Buffet, which will operate at the same location. Therefore, the
permit at issue is now void, and the issues in this action are thereby rendered moot. The Respondent consents to the motion
to withdraw.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed.
