The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on October 25, 2001. On
January 28, 2002, Stephen J. Boyce, Director of Operations and on behalf of Park Place Assisted Living, filed a request that
set forth that he was withdrawing his request for a hearing in this matter. Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled in this matter to be heard on March 28, 2002 is cancelled and that
this matter is dismissed.
