ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me pursuant to a Consent Order and Agreement entered into by the parties
in this matter, in which the Petitioner agreed to withdraw its request for this contested case filed
with the Administrative Law Judge Division on February 26, 2001. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
