In the above-captioned matter, by letter dated January 31, 2003, Respondent Mary Alice Miller notified this tribunal that
the parties have reached a settlement of this case and that she accordingly wishes to withdraw her request for a contested
case hearing.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing of this matter scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2003, is
CANCELED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.
