The parties hereto agree to a dismissal of the Petitioner's appeal regarding the issuance of the Construction Permit No.
18,505-AG to Respondent Rudy Harrelson for a poultry facility. This dismissal may not be construed or interpreted as
Petitioner's approval or acquiescence to the construction and maintenance of Respondent Harrelson's poultry facility.
The above-entitled appeal shall be dismissed and each party shall bear their own costs and expenses relating to this matter.
