ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On December 31,
1996, this office received a letter from Jane W. Anderson, Administrator for the Petitioner, stating
that they were withdrawing their request for the appeal in the above-captioned case. All parties
agree to the dismissal. Having found good cause,
