ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before the Court on the appeal of Petitioner Millers Ridge Apartments,
L.P., from a decision by Respondent Lancaster County Assessor fixing the valuation for tax purposes
of certain real property known as Millers Ridge Apartments located in Lancaster County, South
Carolina (the “Property”).
The Court is advised that Petitioner and Respondent have resolved their dispute and have
reached an agreement in this matter as follows: The parties stipulate the value of the Property to be
Thirty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($38,500.00) per unit for 72 units, totaling
Two Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($2,772,000.00). The
Court accepts this stipulation of value and hereby finds the total appropriate value of the Property
is Two Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($2,772,000.00).
Inasmuch as the stipulation of the parties and finding of the Court as to the value of the
Property resolves this matter, the parties also seek dismissal of the above action with prejudice.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the settlement and
stipulation of the parties as to the value of the Property for tax purposes is accepted by the Court and
that the above matter is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
